2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter

2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/8 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

2 garlic cloves

3 cups baby spinach

8 oz. sun-dried tomatoes in oil drained

3 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 lb. penned pasta
